EQForge ("the App") is developed by Evoli Technologies S.R.L.. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App accesses, how it is used, and your rights as a user.

EQForge is a professional audio equalizer application. We are fully committed to your privacy. The App is designed to process audio entirely on your device, and we do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data.

The App requests the following device permissions to provide its core features. All audio processing is performed locally on your device and is never uploaded to external servers.

• 🎵 Audio — RECORD_AUDIO Required to capture real-time audio output for the spectrum visualizer and FFT frequency analysis. This permission enables the animated audio-reactive display on the equalizer screen. The App does not record, save, or transmit any audio content — audio data is processed in memory only, in real time, and is discarded immediately after rendering.
• 🔊 Audio Settings — MODIFY_AUDIO_SETTINGS Required to apply equalizer gain adjustments and preamp settings to your device's audio output. No audio content is accessed or stored through this permission.
• 💾 Storage — READ / WRITE (where applicable) Required on older Android versions to save and load custom EQ presets locally on your device. Preset data is stored exclusively on-device and is never uploaded to external servers.
• 🔔 Notifications — POST_NOTIFICATIONS Required on Android 13 and above to display status notifications while the equalizer is active in the background, allowing you to monitor and control EQForge without opening the app.

All data generated by the App — EQ presets, band settings, preamp values, frequency filter configurations, and user preferences — is stored exclusively on your device. We do not operate servers that collect or store your personal data. Your data belongs to you.

No audio captured via the Visualizer API is written to disk. It is processed in real time and immediately discarded after each frame is rendered.

The App does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising networks, or tracking SDKs. No personal data is shared with third parties.

EQForge operates entirely as a standalone on-device application. There are no remote servers, cloud sync services, or external API calls involved in its operation.

Subscription management (Free and Pro plans) is handled through Google Play Billing. Payment information is processed entirely by Google. We do not collect, access, or store any payment card details.

This App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
