PhonePal PRO ("the App") is developed by Evoli Technologies S.R.L.. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App accesses, how it is used, and your rights as a user.

We are committed to protecting the privacy of all users, especially seniors and visually impaired individuals who rely on the App for everyday communication and safety.

The App requests the following device permissions to provide its core features. All data is processed locally on your device and is never uploaded to external servers.

• 📞 Phone State — READ_PHONE_STATE Required to detect incoming and outgoing calls, display the active call screen, and enable call-related features such as call waiting and WhatsApp call detection. The App does not record, transmit, or store call content.
• 👤 Contacts — READ_CONTACTS Required to display your address book, enable favorite contacts, and support one-tap calling. Contact data is read locally and never uploaded to external servers.
• 📋 Call Log — READ_CALL_LOG Required to display your call history. Call log data remains on your device at all times.
• 📍 Location — ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION, ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION Required only for the Find Me emergency feature, which sends your location to designated emergency contacts via SMS when you activate it. Location is never collected passively or transmitted without your explicit action.
• 🎙️ Camera & Microphone Used only during active calls as required by the Android operating system. No audio or video is recorded or stored by the App.
• 🔔 Notifications — POST_NOTIFICATIONS Required to display pill reminders, call alerts, and emergency notifications.

All data accessed by the App — contacts, call logs, SMS, settings, and reminders — is stored exclusively on your device. We do not operate servers that collect or store your personal data. Your data belongs to you.

The App does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising networks, or tracking SDKs. No personal data is shared with third parties.

WhatsApp call detection reads notification content locally to identify call type — no data is transmitted to WhatsApp or Meta.

Subscription management (Free, Plus, and Pro plans) is handled through Google Play Billing. Payment information is processed entirely by Google. We do not collect or store any payment card details.

This App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
