By installing and using PhonePal PRO ("the App"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

PhonePal PRO is a phone management application designed for seniors and visually impaired users. It is developed and maintained by Evoli Technologies S.R.L. ("we", "us", "our").

The App offers three subscription tiers: Free, Plus, and Pro. Features available on each plan are described within the App under Settings → Plan & Account.

We reserve the right to modify plan features with reasonable notice. Upgrades and billing are handled through Google Play. All purchases are subject to Google Play's refund policy.

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose — personal phone management and accessibility assistance. You must not:

• Use the App to harass, stalk, or harm others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or modify the App
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable law

PhonePal PRO includes emergency features including Find Me, Fall Guard, and Panic. These features are assistive tools only.

• Emergency features depend on device connectivity, GPS availability, and battery level
• We cannot guarantee delivery of emergency alerts under all conditions
• We accept no liability for any failure of emergency features to operate as expected

The App requests device permissions (phone, contacts, SMS, location, and others) as described in our Privacy Policy. These permissions are required for the App to function. You may revoke permissions at any time in your device settings, which may limit App functionality.

All content, design, code, and features of the App are the intellectual property of Evoli Technologies S.R.L.. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evoli Technologies S.R.L. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, missed calls, or failure of emergency features.

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Romania.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will prompt you to re-accept within the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The current version is always available under Settings → Plan & Account → Terms & Conditions.
