By installing and using PhonePal Fav ("the App"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

PhonePal Fav is an accessibility-first speed dial and favourites application for Android, providing large, easy-to-tap contact cards, multiple visual card themes, favourite groups, and quick one-tap calling. It is developed and maintained by Evoli Technologies S.R.L. ("we", "us", "our").

The App offers two subscription tiers: Free and Plus. Features available on each plan are described within the App under Settings → Plan & Account.

We reserve the right to modify plan features with reasonable notice. Upgrades and billing are handled through Google Play Billing. All purchases are subject to Google Play's refund policy. We do not process or store any payment information.

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose — managing favourite contacts and placing calls on your Android device. You must not:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App or its source code
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law
• Use the App to place unsolicited, harassing, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful calls
• Attempt to circumvent, bypass, or tamper with subscription or licensing enforcement
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the App or any of its components

PhonePal Fav places calls through your device's native phone system using the contact details you provide. Calls are only ever initiated in response to your explicit tap on a favourite card.

• You are responsible for ensuring the phone numbers saved to your favourites are correct and up to date
• Call connectivity, quality, and charges depend on your mobile carrier, network coverage, and device — not on the App
• We accept no liability for misdialled calls, call charges, or missed connections arising from incorrect contact data or carrier issues

The App requests only the minimum device permissions needed to function — Phone (CALL_PHONE) to place calls when you tap a favourite, and Contacts (READ_CONTACTS) to let you select contacts to add as favourites — as described in our Privacy Policy. You may revoke permissions at any time in your device settings, which may limit or disable certain App features such as one-tap calling or adding contacts from your address book.

All content, design, code, branding, and features of the App — including the PhonePal Fav name and Evoli Technologies brand — are the intellectual property of Evoli Technologies S.R.L.. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evoli Technologies S.R.L. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of favourite data, missed or misdialled calls, call charges, or device compatibility issues.

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Romania.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the App or via the Google Play listing. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The current version is always available under Settings → About → Terms & Conditions.
