By installing and using EQForge ("the App"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

EQForge is a professional audio equalizer application for Android, providing multi-band EQ control, preamp management, custom presets, frequency filters, and a real-time spectrum visualizer. It is developed and maintained by Evoli Technologies S.R.L. ("we", "us", "our").

The App offers two subscription tiers: Free and Pro. Features available on each plan are described within the App under Settings → Plan & Account.

We reserve the right to modify plan features with reasonable notice. Upgrades and billing are handled through Google Play. All purchases are subject to Google Play's refund policy. We do not process or store any payment information.

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose — personal audio equalisation and sound management on your Android device. You must not:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App or its source code
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law
• Attempt to circumvent, bypass, or tamper with subscription or licensing enforcement
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the App or any of its components

EQForge modifies your device's audio output in real time. Results may vary depending on your device model, Android version, audio hardware, and the media application in use.

• EQ and preamp effects depend on your device's audio stack and may not be supported on all hardware
• We cannot guarantee identical results across all Android devices or third-party audio apps
• We accept no liability for audio distortion, hardware damage, or hearing impairment arising from misuse of gain or EQ settings

The App requests device permissions (audio, notifications, and storage where applicable) as described in our Privacy Policy. These permissions are required for the App to function correctly. You may revoke permissions at any time in your device settings, which may limit or disable certain App features such as the spectrum visualizer or background EQ service.

All content, design, code, branding, and features of the App — including the EQForge name and Evoli Technologies brand — are the intellectual property of Evoli Technologies S.R.L.. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evoli Technologies S.R.L. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of preset data, audio output interruption, or device compatibility issues.

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Romania.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the App or via the Google Play listing. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The current version is always available under Settings → About → Terms & Conditions.
