Pawsyea ("the App") is developed by Evoli Technologies S.R.L.. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App accesses, how it is used, and your rights as a user.

Pawsyea is a pet care management application that helps you organise your pets' profiles, health records, reminders, supplies, and photos. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how your data is handled.

The App stores the following information that you provide directly:

• 🐾 Pet Data Pet profiles including name, species, breed, date of birth, weight, and any health or care notes you enter. This data is stored locally on your device and optionally synced to your personal Firebase account via cloud backup.
• 📅 Care Records & Reminders Vet appointments, vaccination dates, grooming schedules, medication reminders, and to-do lists you create within the App. This data is stored on your device and optionally backed up to the cloud.
• 🎒 Supplies & Inventory Pet supply items and quantities you track within the App. Stored locally on your device.
• 📷 Photos Pet photos you choose to add to profiles or galleries within the App. Photos are stored on your device and optionally synced to cloud storage under your account.

The App requests the following device permissions to provide its core features:

• 📷 Camera & Storage — READ / WRITE / CAMERA Required to capture and store pet photos within the App. Photos are saved to your device and are never uploaded without your explicit action.
• 🔔 Notifications — POST_NOTIFICATIONS Required on Android 13 and above to deliver care reminders and alarms for vet appointments, medications, and scheduled tasks. No notification data is shared externally.
• ⏰ Alarms — SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM Required to deliver precise reminder alarms at the time you schedule them. Used exclusively for pet care reminders set by you within the App.
• 🌐 Internet — INTERNET Required for optional cloud sync via Firebase Firestore. Used only when cloud backup is enabled. No data is transmitted without your knowledge.

All data you enter into Pawsyea is stored locally on your device using an on-device database. The App does not transmit any data to our servers without your explicit action.

If you choose to enable cloud sync, your pet data is backed up to Google Firebase Firestore under your own account. This data is protected by Google's security infrastructure and is accessible only to you. We do not access, read, or share your cloud-stored data.

Your data belongs to you. You may delete your data at any time by removing pet profiles or uninstalling the App.

The App uses Google Firebase for optional cloud data sync and storage. Firebase is subject to Google's Privacy Policy, available at policies.google.com/privacy.

The App does not integrate any advertising networks, third-party analytics SDKs, or tracking tools. No personal data is shared with or sold to third parties.

This App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Data stored locally on your device is retained until you delete it within the App or uninstall the App. If cloud sync is enabled, your data remains in Firebase Firestore until you delete your account or manually remove the data.

You may request full deletion of your cloud data by contacting us at the email address below and we will action your request promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
