PhonePal Fav ("the App") is developed by Evoli Technologies S.R.L.. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App accesses, how it is used, and your rights as a user.

PhonePal Fav is an accessibility-first speed dial and favourites application that lets you create large, easy-to-tap contact cards for quick one-tap calling. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how your data is handled.

The App stores the following information that you provide or select directly. All of this information is stored locally on your device only:

• ⭐ Favourite Contacts Contact details you choose to add as favourites — such as name, phone number, and the contact photo — together with the card theme, group membership, and sort order you assign. This data is stored locally on your device.
• 🗂️ Groups & Card Settings The favourite groups you create and the visual themes, customisation options, and display preferences you apply to your cards. Stored locally on your device.
• ⚙️ App Preferences Your in-app settings, such as theme selection and accessibility options. Stored locally on your device.

The App does not collect your name, email address, location, advertising identifier, or any analytics or usage-tracking data.

The App requests only the minimum device permissions needed to provide its core features:

• 📞 Phone — CALL_PHONE Required to place a call directly when you tap a favourite contact card. The App only initiates calls in response to your explicit tap. It does not make calls automatically and does not read, record, or log your call history.
• 👤 Contacts — READ_CONTACTS Required to let you browse your device contacts and select which ones to add as favourites. The App only reads contacts when you choose to add a favourite. It does not modify your contacts, and it does not upload or transmit your contact list anywhere.

The App does not request the advertising identifier (AD_ID) or any location, microphone, camera, or storage permissions beyond what is described above.

All data you enter into PhonePal Fav is stored locally on your device using an on-device database. The App does not use cloud sync and does not transmit your data to our servers or to any third party.

Because your data stays on your device, it is never accessible to us. We cannot read, access, or recover your favourites, groups, or settings.

Your data belongs to you. You may delete it at any time by removing favourites within the App or by uninstalling the App.

The App does not integrate any advertising networks, third-party analytics SDKs, or tracking tools. No personal data is shared with, sold to, or transmitted to third parties.

If you purchase a Plus subscription, the transaction is processed by Google Play Billing. Payment is handled entirely by Google; the App does not receive or store your payment details. Google Play Billing is subject to Google's Privacy Policy, available at policies.google.com/privacy.

This App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because all data is stored locally on the device and nothing is transmitted to us, the App does not gather personal information from any user. If you have concerns, please contact us.

Data stored locally on your device is retained until you delete it within the App or uninstall the App. Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data.

Because we do not store any of your data on our servers, there is no remote copy for us to retain or delete. You remain in full control of your data at all times.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
